Betel Nut Lodge’s Guests’ Stay Policies  :

1) We are Unable to accommodate Covid-positive guest, guest with stay-at-home order and guest under quarantine. We Do Not allow the use of our premises for Quarantine purposes.

2) Betel Nut Lodge is an Adults-only property (accommodating Only Guests 15 years old and above).

3) Betel Nut Lodge is a Wholly Non-Smoking property. In addition, durian, mangosteens and their associated products are Not allowed into the hotel.

4) Room Disinfecting & Cleaning is strictly carried out after Guest check-out. However, for stay duration of more than 2 nights, Housekeeping is carried out on Alternate Days Only & before 6pm. But, should you like to assist in our environmental efforts or prefer No housekeeping, Kindly hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign. On days without housekeeping, you can request for extra toiletries, drinking water, towels, etc. 

5) Between 7am to 9.30am(Only), Complimentary breakfast(of toast, coffee or tea)is offered to guest who has booked their room directly on Betel Nut Lodge’s own website. Alternatively, Guests can try the coffee at our affiliated Teaffin Cafe (separate charge appplies).

6) There is NO Private car parking on our premises. Parking is public street parking at RM9 per day.

7) Before payment for your Room or Event booking, please be aware of our amendment/cancellation penalties.

8) For some PEAK Check-in dates, Reservations are non-refundable and for a Minimum 2(two) night stays.
