The 7th Day of CNY is the birth of Mankind, according to Chinese traditions. On this day, it is customary in many communities to partake in raw seafood with salad. Yeesang, a very unique Chinese Malaysian tradition started this way and no where else is it celebrated with such gusto as in Malaysia where it originated from!
