We booked there by accident, our precious airbnb being canceled last minute And god we got lucky! Our room (Areca) was so big and comfy, even being next to the street was no problems: the staff kindly put some soundproof windows in it The cleaning is done everyday, and your room is always as neat as before when you come back But for me, the best thing about this hotel is his staff: all the people here were lovely and helpful. Each time we went out in the town they were giving us handy advices about local restaurants or attractions! The boss even took us to a restaurant and ordered for us a local dish! They were all smiling and lovely and always there to help you out. On the evening they even bring some hot almond milk with organic handmade cakes to your room! We were in heaven! So thank you again for making our trip here so much more enjoyable! I would recommend everyone to go there! And if it happens to us to come back to Georgetown, no doubts we will go there again! (Wi-Fi was great, they have laundry option, you can leave your luggage at the hotel on the last day of you are waiting for your plane, breakfast is simple yet so good and fresh)

Reviewed by rieussecc27 Aug 2019We arrived at this hotel following a problem with our Airbnb host. It was after 11 p.m. and the reception staff did their best to find us a room at the last minute. The rooms are spotless, the service is incredible. I have rarely seen such kind people. They recommended addresses to us, avoided certain bad plans… and every evening we were treated to a small homemade dessert accompanied by hot almond milk. The hotel is also very well located: a few steps from the historic center. We had the impression of being in a three star hotel, it was incredible. If you come to George Town this is the place to stay. I would happily come back!! thank you for everything
